Purchace either Genuine or Prime West Digital preferred aftermarket brands of ink and toner for your Black/White or Colour printers, fax machines or small photocopiers and a Prime West Digital trained technician will twice per calendar year come to your office at no charge and clean your printers engine room.

Which includes:
* Paper Feed Area and Paper Path
* Image Processing Area and Fuser Area.

We will provide free technical assistance for any toner or ink cartridge related problem on any toner or ink based product that we have supplied.

We will provide free telephone support for the period of the agreement and will also offer you a 20% discount from our normal service rates and a 10% discount from recommended retail prices for parts that your machine may require at other times.
